1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with 777y, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a binding agreement between you and 777y.

These terms apply in addition to any specific promotion terms, game rules or platform policies that may be published separately on the 777y site. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms apply to that promotion only.

If you are accessing 777y on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have their authority to agree to these terms and that they meet all eligibility requirements set out below.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 777y you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis while your account remains active:

• You must be aged 18 years or over.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or business registrations are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed 777y account.
• You must be using your own identity and payment methods — you may not register on behalf of another person or use another person's financial details.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 777y or an immediate family member of such an employee.

By registering, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on 777y. Creating a second account — whether under your own name or a variation of it, using a different email address, phone number or payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 777y reserves the right to merge or close the additional accounts and to review any transactions and balances associated with them.

When you register, you will be asked to provide certain personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact details and preferred payment method. This information is used to operate your account, process transactions and comply with our responsible gaming obligations. Your information is handled in accordance with the 777y Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication method you have enabled. 4 Deposits

All deposits on 777y are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The following payment methods are supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and debit or credit cards. Mobile wallets registered in your own name are also accepted.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account belonging to someone other than the registered 777y account holder — are not accepted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit within your account dashboard.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 777y balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider.
• 777y does not charge a fee for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• If a deposit does not appear in your balance within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name on your account. You cannot withdraw to a payment account belonging to another person.

Before a withdrawal is approved, 777y may require you to complete identity verification if this has not already been completed. This is standard practice and is intended to protect your account from fraudulent withdrawal requests. Documents typically requested include a copy of your CNIC and proof of your payment method ownership.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the request.
• If you have an active bonus on your account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. Alternatively, you may forfeit the bonus balance to proceed with a withdrawal of your deposited funds, subject to any applicable conditions.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account.
• 777y reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large withdrawals or withdrawals that are flagged by the platform's security systems.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

777y offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload offers and cricket season specials tied to PSL, T20 internationals and other major cricket fixtures. All promotions are subject to the specific terms displayed with that offer at the time of claiming.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion period unless the offer explicitly states it is a recurring or reload bonus.
• Bonuses are only valid for the games or categories specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on ineligible game types may result in the bonus being voided.

7 Gameplay Rules

777y provides access to a library of games sourced from third-party game studios and providers. Each game operates according to its own rules and pay-table, which are accessible from within the game interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.

All games available on 777y use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published on each game's information page. These figures represent the statistical average return over a very large number of game rounds and do not guarantee specific results in any single session.

• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's server-side state. The result of the completed round will be reflected in your account balance when you reconnect.

• Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant match or event as confirmed by the recognised governing body (e.g., PCB for domestic cricket, ICC for international fixtures).
• In the event a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes returned. The specific settlement rule depends on the market and will be stated in the market details.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the real-time market availability. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled by the player.
• 777y reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time, including during live events, if there is a technical issue, unusual betting pattern or integrity concern.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply to betting markets. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placing a bet.
• Any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placing — due to a delay in data feeds or any other reason — will be voided.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits — Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on PKR deposits. Limits take effect immediately on activation. Reducing a limit is instant; increasing a limit has a mandatory cooling-off period.

10 Account Closure

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account will be reviewed before being released. Balances generated through prohibited conduct will not be paid out.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777y and constitute a breach of these terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical means to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event on which bets are placed.
• Laundering money or using 777y for any financial transaction connected to illegal activity.
• Registering using a false identity or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or interfere with the 777y platform's software or systems.
• Exploiting any software bug, error or vulnerability to gain a financial advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

777y actively monitors accounts for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is identified, the affected account will be suspended immediately and the matter investigated. 777y reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.

12 Limitation of Liability

777y provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous, error-free operation, 777y does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from technical errors, interruptions or delays.

• 777y is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, network connectivity issues on your end, or interruptions to third-party payment services.
• 777y is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• In cases where a game error results in an incorrect payout — whether too high or too low — 777y reserves the right to correct the balance to reflect the correct amount based on the actual game outcome.
